しっかし、カカオの妖精とか意味わかんねーよな。そう思うわねー？
But, as for things like those cacao fairies…I don`t really get it. You think the same, right?

ま、こーゆー意味わかんねーことって稀によくあるんだけどな。魔界とか、源平とか…

Well, not really understanding things like this is a pretty rare thing that happens often around here.* Stuff like Hell, or genpei...* 

 

そりゃどうでもいいや。とにかく、オレはヤツラをバンバン倒してカカオをぶんどる

That`s not really important. Anyhow, I`ll beat those guys down and seize all the cacao!
 

それをアンタがチョコにする。そういうことでいいんだよな。

And then you`ll make it into chocolate. That sounds good, yeah?
 

じゃ、頑張ろうぜ。エデンをヤツラの手から取り戻すんだ！

It`s definitely better to think of something that`ll have a repelling effect, huh.
 

しかし、渡すのは妖精だからな、ハート型ってのもちょっとキモいし…

But, since we`re giving them to the fairies, a heart shape would be kinda gross...
 

うーん...ま、その辺は考えとくわ。とにかく、まずはカカオを集めようぜ！

Hmm… Well, I`ll think about it. Anyhow, let`s gather some cacao first!

ずいぶんとカカオが集まったな。これなら結構な量のチョコになりそうだぜ
We`ve gathered a lot cacao, huh? This amount seems like plenty enough to turn into chocolate.

そんじゃ頼むぜ。チョコにしてくれよ。
Then, I`m counting on you. Make it into some chocolate.

おおっ!?チョコになってる！なんか、すげーな！
Ooh!? It turned into chocolate. That`s pretty cool!

ところで形を作るのってどうやるんだ？…湯煎？そんで形に…？
By the way, how do you make it into a shape? ...Hot water? And then you mould it..? 

形は決まったのかって？ああ、バッチリだぜ。ナイスアイディアが閃いた

とにかく、こうやってチョコを作っていけば、妖精は追っ払えそうだな

Anyhow, if we make chocolate like this, we can drive out the fairies.

All of the words in italics have been said in katakana, which is Ray doing his very best to try speaking English.
 

This line is a nonsense phrase that literally means “something that doesn’t happen often happens often” which is meant to be contradictory.

 

源平 (genpei) literally means two opposing sides, a euphemism for a war between two factions. 

 

In Japanese, B and V are the same phoneme. It`s the same case with R and L.
